Symptoms of Urinary System Disorders:

  • Blood in urine
  • Scanty and painful urination
  • Obstruction in passing urine
  • White urination deposited on the ground
  • Protein in urine
  • Puffiness under eyes
  • Albumin in urine
  • Accumulation of water in the body
  • Anaemia
  • Loss of appetite
  • Severe pain in the back
  • Nagging pain in the loins and if urine has smoky appearance
  • Difficulty in starting the stream or inability to project it as before

Prevention of the disorders of the urinary system:

  • Drink about 8 glasses of water or juice or soups or milk.
  • Take more amount of calcium
  • Avoid meat in excess
  • Take plenty of potassium, magnesium and vitamin B6 present in bananas, potatoes, corn and soya beans
  • Stop smoking
  • Reduce the salt in the diet
  • Do exercise to speed up the blood circulation
