Rapidus and Cadence target faster 2nm SoC design through agentic AI integration
The integration of Rapidus’s Raads platform with Cadence InnoStack will orchestrate advanced chip design from architecture exploration through signoff. The commercial test is whether faster design convergence can support customer tape-outs and Rapidus’s planned 2nm production launch in 2027.
