Sleiman Enterprises acquires Delray Square shopping center in Florida

Sleiman Enterprises, a Florida-based real estate company, has acquired the Delray Square shopping center in Palm Beach County, South Florida.

The 160,000sft shopping and dining destination houses Publix, Hobby Lobby, Walgreens, Chick-fil-a, Chipotle, and others.

Recently, Publix had relocated on-site to a newly built 45,600sft store, while Hobby Lobby had signed a long-term lease and is scheduled to open a store in the coming months.

Constructed in 1976, the Delray Square shopping center had undergone a major redevelopment, which was completed in 2019. Following the redevelopment, its occupancy is said to be 96%.
