RateGain Travel Technologies Limited, an Indian travel and hospitality software company, said that its fully-owned subsidiary – RateGain Technologies Limited, UK has established a Sharjah-based subsidiary RateGain Technologies LLC.

The objectives of RateGain Technologies LLC are data processing services, software as a service, marketing technology services, and distribution as a service.

According to RateGain Travel Technologies, the formation of the new entity will bolster its organic growth strategy.
