Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd., renowned for its ‘Joy e-bike’ brand in India, and Triton EV, a leading U.S.-based electric vehicle manufacturer, have signed a groundbreaking Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This strategic five-year collaboration aims to revolutionize the electric vehicle landscape in India and the UAE, marking a significant step in green mobility.
The MoU, signed at Wardwizard’s Head Office in Vadodara, India, was a momentous occasion. Himanshu Patel, Founder of Triton EV, and Yatin Sanjay Gupte, Chairman and Managing Director of Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Ltd., were the signatories of this transformative agreement.
Under this alliance, Triton EV has chosen Wardwizard as its manufacturing partner for Battery Operated trucks in India and the UAE. Wardwizard will also expand its production to include Two-wheelers and Three-wheelers for Triton EV, emphasizing the shared commitment to fostering the growth of the electric vehicle industry and aligning with government visions of enhancing green mobility.

A key element of Triton EV’s commitment is the Transfer of Technology for hydrogen battery packs for two and three-wheelers. This includes crucial technology support for setting up production lines and expansion in India.
A unique aspect of this partnership is the agreement to share vendors and suppliers, ensuring seamless and efficient business operations. Wardwizard will play a pivotal role in vendor development for both parties, creating a robust and interconnected supply chain.
In line with its commitment to environmental sustainability, Wardwizard plans to commence manufacturing hydrogen battery-operated trucks, two-wheelers, and three-wheelers in India in partnership with Triton EV.
