Birlasoft has launched Pega Center of Excellence (COE) in partnership wth Pegasystems to help customers drive customer experience (CX) and automation programs with technologies led by artificial intelligence.

The CK Birla Group company said that the Pega Center of Excellence will enable it to help its clients expedite their business transformation programs.
