Indian IT services provider Wipro said that it has launched a cloud collaboration space dubbed as Wipro-Google Cloud Innovation Arena in Bengaluru, India.

According to Wipro, the cloud collaboration space will offer in-house technical expertise for ensuring seamless cloud adoption and expediting innovation to help customers achieve business transformation.

Wipro-Google Cloud Innovation Arena is said to combine the expertise and resources of Wipro FullStride Cloud Services and Google Cloud.

Kevin Ichhpurani — Corporate Vice President, Partner Ecosystem, Google Cloud said: “Innovation and business differentiation are key drivers of cloud adoption, which is why innovation labs where customers can brainstorm, design, and pilot innovation use cases with the help of industry experts have become increasingly important.

The jointly developed cloud collaboration space is claimed to provide a unique blend of people, platforms, and processes for collectively creating a futuristic experience for customers around the world.

Wipro claimed that the Wipro-Google Cloud Innovation Arena will showcase the talent, tools, and best practices needed for developing and deploying applications on Google Cloud.

Recently, Wipro had bagged a multi-year contract from Malaysian converged solutions provider Maxis Broadband for supporting the latter’s IT transformation journey.
