The water heaters, accessible across online channels and retail outlets, have been launched nationwide since October 2023. Recognizing the budding potential of the water heater industry in India, which observes an annual demand of nearly 5 million units and an unwavering 10-12% YoY growth, Voltas aims to leverage its expansive distribution and retail network. Electrical sectors primarily drive the sales for water heaters, followed by white goods retailers and hardware stores. With its foray into this segment, Voltas is strategizing to tap into the electrical channel, augmenting its aftermarket sub-dealer foundation.

The introduced water heaters by Voltas emphasize the brand’s dedication to evolving with its customer base. The product lineup comprises both Instant and Storage water heaters, catering to various capacity needs such as 10, 15, and 25 liters. Key features include the pioneering Quartzline Technology tailored for Indian water conditions and an efficient 100% copper element. The inclusion of a multifunctional safety valve and a 6-level safety system, certified for IPX4 water splash protection, further accentuates safety. These characteristics, combined with a five-star rating, ensure Voltas’ commitment to quality and value.
