Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) said that it will help Converge ICT Solutions, a fiber broadband provider in the Philippines, in further boosting the customer experience (CX) for its subscribers.

According to the Indian IT services provider, Converge ICT Solutions is growing its fiber network aggressively to address the pent-up demand for broadband services in the Philippines.

Tata Consultancy Services is said to have helped the fiber broadband provider embark on a significant business transformation journey for building a flexible and future-ready digital core to provide new and improved digital services to its customers.

Dennis Anthony Uy – CEO and Co-founder of Converge ICT Solutions said: “Converge is implementing our growth strategy within our existing service areas and into new provinces such as those in Visayas and Mindanao. Core to the company’s transformation is TCS HOBS, a plug and play digital business platform for subscription, management for device and data provided in a SaaS model for helping Converge ICT Solutions reimagine customer journeys with easier processes and hyper-customization based on customer lifetime value.

TCS HOBS, which is based on a future-proof, microservices based catalog-driven architecture, is expected to help the fiber broadband provider tap into partner ecosystems to venture into B2B2X models.

For facilitating quicker time to market and greater alignment to business goals, the large business transformation program from Tata Consultancy Services will be executed using its Location Independent Agile model that makes use of TCS Jile.

According to the Indian firm, TCS Jile is an on-the-cloud enterprise Agile DevOps platform that allows software teams to handle, automate, and measure the end-to-end software delivery value stream from ideation to deployment.
