Route Mobile wraps up acquisition of Sendclean platform from Sarv Webs
Route Mobile said that it has wrapped up a previously announced Rs 26.25 crores acquisition of Sarv Webs Private Limited’s Sendclean business email technology platform.
The acquisition mainly involves intellectual property (software) and its related identified customer contracts.
According to a business transfer agreement (BTA) signed earlier this month by the Indian cloud communications platform as a service company, the acquisition will be on a slump sale basis.
Route Mobile said that the terms and conditions of the business transfer agreement have been met to close the deal.
The acquired business is engaged in offering cloud based digital communication solutions for transmitting transactional and promotional emails on behalf of enterprises. For this, Sarv Webs had developed Sendclean, which is an artificial intelligence (AI) based email platform.

The Sendclean business email technology platform also gives reporting and analysis dashboards to help enterprises in assessing the performance of their customer outreach programs.
Route Mobile said that integrating Sarv Webs’ email communication technology with its Customer Experience Platform as a Service (CxPaaS) platform will deliver unified and unparalleled cloud based digital communication solutions to enterprise clients around the world.
Earlier this month, Route Mobile had signed an agreement with Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC) – du, a UAE-based telecommunications company, for delivering a turnkey solution using the former’s Smart Messaging Hub.
