Route Mobile Limited said that it has signed an agreement with Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (EITC) – du, a UAE-based telecommunications company, for providing a turnkey solution using the former’s Smart Messaging Hub.

According to the Indian cloud communications platform as a service company, its Smart Messaging Hub will help du to roll out a highly scalable revenue-generating messaging platform to facilitate A2P wholesale transit business.

The company’s Route Hub is a carrier-grade in-house developed and fully scalable SMS Hubbing Platform that provides managed services to mobile operators across the world.

Route Mobile’s CPaaS-enabled Hubbing Solution, with its capabilities in artificial intelligence (AI), provides intelligent routing, plug-n-play APIs, great analytics, enhanced delivery rates, and better latency.

Additionally, Route Mobile will supervise the infrastructure, gateway connectivity, technology, and daily operations of the platform for du as a managed service.

du will also be able to make use of the on-ground support services of Route Mobile with more than 17 years of core expertise in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

With Route Hub, du can now manage an increased capacity of SMS terminations to make it a scalable solution. It will also enable du to make use of Route Mobile’s firewall solutions and place them with other operators to plug leakages in revenue.

In May, Route Mobile reported that its revenues from operations for the year ended 31 March 2021 (FY21) was INR 1,406.2 crore.
