Redline Communications wins wireless broadband contract in Middle East

Redline Communications Group has bagged a contract worth $2.2 million from a Middle East-based telecom company to provide high-speed, wireless broadband service solutions.

As part of the contract, the Canada-based wireless networks provider will deploy its Virtual Fiber technology to bring last mile wireless transport and boost the over-the-air, ultra high-speed broadband access connections for enterprises of the service provider in the region.

The three-year contract is said to have been won by Redline Communications following a competitive bid.

Redline Communications is engaged in designing and manufacturing wide-area wireless networks for mission-critical applications in challenging areas. The company’s networks are used by oil and gas firms onshore as well as offshore, miners on surface and underground operations, municipalities for remotely monitoring infrastructure, and by specialized telecom service providers to provide premium services.
