Canada-based Bill Gosling Outsourcing snaps up Indian BPO MattsenKumar

Bill Gosling Outsourcing (BGO), a Canadian business process outsourcing (BPO) firm controlled by affiliates of Owner Resource Group (ORG), has acquired India-based full-service BPO MattsenKumar for an undisclosed price.

Established in 2010, MattsenKumar is headquartered in Gurgaon and has operations in Jaipur as well as Bengaluru. The Indian BPO company has a workforce of 2,100 people.

MattsenKumar provides a range of services, with a focus on third-party quality as well as the online catalog/e-commerce sectors.

With the acquisition, Bill Gosling Outsourcing claims to gain an established position in the Indian BPO sector, and MattsenKumar will be integrated into its global network to further improve its capabilities in services delivery.

The acquisition brings together Bill Gosling Outsourcing’s track record of providing customers with satisfactory solutions, with MattsenKumar’s extensive experience in quality assurance, innovation, and data analytics.

Both firms will provide a full range of BPO solutions to clients in many industries.

It brings together more than 5,500 employees across the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

Management of Bill Gosling Outsourcing and MattsenKumar have retained substantial ownership stakes in the enlarged organization.
