Logo Brands acquires Boelter Brands drinkware and Topperscot lines

Logo Brands, a licensee for hard good sports products, has agreed to acquire the Boelter Brands drinkware and Topperscot lines from The Boelter Companies to grow its market share of gameday merchandise.

Based in Tennessee, Logo Brands manufactures officially licensed products for over 450 teams and organizations such as collegiate, NFL, MLB, MLS, NHL, NBA, and NASCAR. Products include chairs, coolers, totes, canopies and tents, stadium blankets, and other branded tailgating gear.

Boelter Brands is the sports licensed products unit of Milwaukee-based Boelter Companies, which will continue as a design, equipment, supply and fulfillment business catering to the food and beverage markets.

Logo Brands said that the acquisition of the Boelter Brands drinkware and Topperscot lines marks its entry into drinkware and holiday items, which will include wine and beer glasses, flasks, stainless steel water bottles, ceramic mugs, plastic cups, seasonal ornaments, and mascot inflatables.

Kris Tally – vice president of sales and marketing at Logo Brands said: “Logo Brands is an industry leader for new, unique and innovative lifestyle products, so adding drinkware to our line-up was a logical move.

“We are very excited about this opportunity to be a ‘one-stop-shop’ for retailers and extend our brand and merchandising options for the consumer.”

Logo Brands said that the present drinkware inventory and incoming orders will shift to Tennessee headquarters over the coming months. The company said that it will expand its warehouse operations to prepare for the taking over all decorating, shipping, and processing of glassware orders from next year.
