Jacobs has landed a significant Project Management Resources (PMR) contract with EDF Nuclear Operations, set to begin on January 1, 2024, with an estimated value surpassing $53 million.

Enhancing UK’s Nuclear Power Station Management

This new two-year agreement builds upon Jacobs’ existing PMR framework, where it already supports four Advanced Gas-cooled Reactor stations, aids in the defueling process of three others, and contributes to the life extension of the Sizewell B pressurized water reactor, which are crucial contributors to the UK’s electricity output, accounting for about 16% of the nation’s power generation.
