Infosys to expand Pennsylvania Retirement Services Center of Excellence

Infosys said that it will expand its Retirement Services Center of Excellence in Chester County, Pennsylvania by recruiting 300 American workers.

The Indian IT services company plans to hire the roles across technology and digital services, client administration, and operations.

Tom Wolf – Pennsylvania Governor said: “Our commonwealth is known worldwide for its leadership in technology and innovation, and Infosys’s expansion is a testament and welcome addition to that legacy.

The Infosys Retirement Services Center of Excellence will be developing technology solutions and services to enable companies exploit the opportunities emerging at the intersection of employee benefits, wealth management, and digital transformation, starting with a focus on the employee-sponsored retirement plan experience.

The center was conceived by the Indian IT company in 2020 after striking a partnership with Vanguard, a Pennsylvania-based investment management company.

Currently, Infosys is said to cater to half of the leading 20 retirement service providers in the US by helping them in risk management, enhance their participants’ experience, and provide better outcomes by leveraging digital solutions.
