Infosys’ BPTaaS is expected to augment the RISE with SAP solution, and cut down the complexity and time to benefit apart from speeding up value realization. These will help clients transform the customer experience by leveraging its portfolio of industry cloud solutions that are part of Infosys Cobalt, said Infosys.

The Indian IT services provider said that BPTaaS will help businesses gain in-depth process analysis during transformation besides enabling them to benchmark against industry peers to identify possible areas for improvement. Furthermore, businesses can also boost process governance by getting better visibility in operations and identifying instances of process deviations in order to timely initiate corrective actions.

Dinesh Rao — Executive Vice President and Global Head of Enterprise Application Services, Infosys said: “As we navigate through Cloud, BPI becomes an essential component of the transformation journey for enterprises. We are delighted to work with SAP in bringing the best-in-class offering to clients for enhancing their process efficiencies.

“By harnessing our Cobalt portfolio, we look forward to improving the inefficient business processes that become an impediment to enterprises’ transformation journey. Given our strong relationship with SAP, we will continue to deliver value and innovative solutions to our clients.”

Earlier this week, Infosys announced the rollout of AssistEdge 19.0, the latest version of its subsidiary EdgeVerve Systems’ AssistEdge automation platform.
