Infosys EdgeVerve Systems rolls out AssistEdge 19.0 automation platform

Infosys said that its fully-owned subsidiary EdgeVerve Systems, a digital services and consulting provider, has rolled out AssistEdge 19.0, the latest version of its automation platform AssistEdge.

The new version of the automation processes software platform has been designed by EdgeVerve Systems to support and scale large process automation programs for global companies.

With AssistEdge 19.0, enterprises will be empowered with granular process visibility and sophisticated orchestration capabilities, said Infosys. This will help in integrating bots, human experts, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies seamlessly to achieve important business objectives.

According to Infosys, the latest version of the AssistEdge automation platform will help in the wider connection of people into automation journey by using low code platforms for citizen developers and enterprise personal automation assistants.

It also enables stronger connection of processes into automation journey with end-to-end process orchestration with the help of workflows and auto-automation.

AssistEdge 19.0 also facilitates a deeper connection of data into automation journey with the help of contextual data discovery, advanced insights, and intelligent document processing, said Infosys.
