Pressure and tightness in the chest
Uncomfortable pressure in the chest is the most common signs of heart attack in women. If women feel pressure and tightness around the chest, they should ask for help. Pain can be felt anywhere in the chest and need not be in the middle of the heart.

Breathing difficulty
Difficulty in breathing or uneasiness is another sign of heart attack in women. If you are unable to breathe or move around even a little bit, it may be an indication that there is something wrong with your heart.

Sweating
Sweating is normal in summer or due to intense workouts, but if you are unusually sweating, it may be a sign of cardiovascular disorder. This should not be confused with night sweats or hot flashes that are common with age. But overlooking of sweating can be fatal.

Pain can be experienced in left arm or right arm and not necessarily in the chest due to heart attack. Pain may be even experienced in the upper abdomen. Any type of pain above the waist may be due to heart disease and it could be intense or irregular.

Dizziness, nausea and vomiting are the common symptoms in women which are often confused with food poisoning or gastrointestinal problems. But if they are experienced along with pain in upper part of the body, they should be immediately taken to hospital.

If you fell excessively tired than usual, it is time for yourself to get checked. You may feel overwhelmed but won’t be able to do any activity. It is better to speak to your physician when you feel fatigue suddenly.
