In a significant move towards digital transformation, Coca-Cola HBC (CCH), one of the largest strategic bottlers of Coca-Cola, has announced a partnership with Genpact, a global professional services firm recognized for transforming businesses.
The partnership aims to expedite digital transformation across Coca-Cola HBC’s finance operations.
The collaboration seeks to leverage Genpact’s profound domain, process, and digital expertise to drive Coca-Cola HBC’s transformation. The objective includes process standardization and automation, which will enhance customer experiences and enable Coca-Cola HBC to leverage data, converting insights into strategic actions.

In the multi-year engagement, Genpact’s new delivery center in Sofia, Bulgaria, will play a pivotal role. It will drive operational excellence for Coca-Cola HBC by harnessing its analytics capabilities to deliver valuable data-driven insights in accounting, accounts payable, and cash collections.
The Bulgarian center will also serve as a hub to provide its Data-Tech-AI and Digital Operations services. This strategic partnership is expected to fuel future growth and create a competitive edge for Coca-Cola HBC.
