Wipro Q4 FY2022 results : Wipro has reported a net income of INR 30.9 billion for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2022 (Q4 FY2022) that ended 31 March 2022, which is an increase of 3.9% compared to INR 29.74 billion reported in Q4 FY2021.

In the previous quarter, that is Q3 FY2022, Wipro had a net income of INR 29.7 billion.

The Indian IT services provider saw an increase of 4.6% year-over-year (YoY) in diluted earnings per share in the reported quarter to INR 5.63, compared to INR 5.38 in Q4 FY2021.

Wipro Q4 FY2022 revenue was INR 208.6 billion, which is a YoY increase of 28.4%, compared to INR 162.4 billion in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. In Q3 FY2022, Wipro’s gross revenue was INR 203.1 billion.

As per Wipro Q4 FY2022 results, the company’s IT services unit earned revenue of $2.72 billion, which is a 26.4% increase YoY.

For the year ended 31 March 2022, Wipro’s net income was INR 122.33 billion, an increase of 13.2%, compared to INR 108.66 billion in FY2021.

Wipro FY2022 revenue was INR 791 billion, which is a 27.7% increase, compared to INR 619.4 billion.

CEO comments on Wipro Q4 FY2022 results

Commenting on Wipro Q4 FY2022 results, Thierry Delaporte — Wipro CEO and Managing Director said: “We have had an outstanding year, finishing with $10.4 Bn in revenues, and an industry-leading growth of 27% year on year. This is our sixth straight quarter of strong revenue growth at or over 3%.
