Wipro, Celonis launch Global Celonis Center to help clients transform operations

Wipro Limited has entered into a partnership with Celonis, an execution management system provider (EMS provider), for launching the Global Celonis Center to help clients transform their operations.

The partnership will make use of the Celonis execution management system and the expertise of Wipro to optimize operations for clients in a variety of areas that include human resources, finance, and supply chain management.

Customers, through the Global Celonis Center, will get to work with digital twins of business processes for monitoring, standardizing, and controlling them. Apart from that, they can identify and remove barriers in efficiency, effectiveness, and experience, and get the benefits of intelligent, data-driven execution. This will result in greater customer experience, delivering improved business value and reduction in operational costs, said Wipro.

According to Wipro, the Global Celonis Center will look to give a critical boost to global enterprises recovering from the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic and planning to re-build organizational resiliency by transforming operations. Furthermore, it will help enterprises herald a new operating model without disrupting their long-term investments in IT.
