Unilever to sell Thai direct selling business Unilever Life to RS Group

Unilever has agreed to divest Unilever Life, its direct selling business in Thailand, to Thai media company RS Group for an undisclosed price.

Unilever Life operates as a multi-level marketing (MLM) direct selling business. It has a portfolio of three brands, namely Beyonde, iFresh, and Aviance.

The closing of the deal, which is subject to the meeting of certain conditions, is expected to occur in three to four months.
