Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched TCS Customer Intelligence & Insights (CI&I) solution for Retail 3.0, which can be deployed on-premises or in the cloud and on , as well as other providers.

TCS CI&I for Retail 3.0 combines a real-time customer data platform, intelligent loyalty management, and artificial intelligence (AI) driven customer analytics to provide insights, predictions, and recommended actions at key physical and digital touchpoints.

The retail technology solution enables retailers to develop relationships with consumers through hyper-personalized engagement, according to the company.
