Green and Smart Mobility plans to enter the U.S., Sweden and the Netherlands before the end of 2026 as it prepares for a Hong Kong IPO in 2028. The VinFast-linked operator also intends to acquire 1 million VinFast vehicles between 2026 and 2030, a fleet ambition equivalent to roughly 200,000 cars a year. The question is whether GSM can export the company-owned fleet model that built its Vietnamese market position without allowing capital requirements to overwhelm the economics.
