TotalEnergies has outlined close to $10 billion of potential investment across Vaca Muerta and Tierra del Fuego, including a roughly $5 billion San Roque oil development and further gas expansion, betting that Argentina can turn rapidly rising hydrocarbon production into durable export infrastructure.
