Surya Roshini bags Rs 41cr contract for LED street lights in Greater Noida

Surya Roshini Limited has bagged a contract worth INR 41.22 crores from the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIOA) for LED street lights.

The Indian lighting company will be responsible for implementing smart LED street lights and the installation of centralized control and monitoring system in Greater Noida.

Surya Roshini will handle the operation and maintenance of the street lights and the systems for seven years.

Based in New Delhi, Surya Roshini manufactures fans, lighting devices, kitchen appliances, PVC pipes, steel pipes, and others.

Last week, the company reported that its revenue for FY21 was INR 5,561 crores while its profit after tax was INR 158 crores.

Earlier this year, Surya Roshini had started commercial production of a second line for manufacturing 3LPE coated pipes at Anjar in the Kachchh district, Gujarat.
