Shearwater Health to deploy payroll and HR solution of Ramco Systems
Shearwater Health has signed an agreement with enterprise software provider Ramco Systems for deploying the latter’s Global Payroll & Operational HR solution.
The implementation is expected to help the healthcare solutions provider in the digital transformation of human resources (HR) and payroll operations for its workforce of over 4,000 people.
Ramco Systems’ Global Payroll & Operational HR solution includes modules that cover payroll, time and attendance, core HR, travel and expenses, training, recruitment, and performance management. This is expected to give Shearwater Health a complete 360-degree overview of its payroll and HR processes.
Additionally, Ramco Systems’ emphasis on Zero UI powered by simple text message and voice inputs will enable employees at Shearwater Health to complete payroll and HR processes via either an email or text message without logging in to the system.
