Ramkrishna Forgings wins $16m export order in North America

Ramkrishna Forgings Limited, an Indian supplier of rolled, forged and machined products, said that it has won an export order worth INR 131.5 crores ($15.9 million) in the automobile segment in North America.

The supply order is for its application in North America heavy commercial vehicles (HCVs) from a Tier 1 Rear & Front Axle manufacturer customer. The order will be executed over a span of four years.

Lalit Khetan — Ramkrishna Forgings Executive Director and CFO said: “Our strong technical capabilities in the commercial vehicle segment assisted us in obtaining this business order from one of the largest TIER-1 manufacturers for use in the North American HCV segment. This is in line with our strategy of increasing our revenue share and strengthening our exports.
