Balance Point Capital invests in Supreme Group’s acquisition of Health+Commerce

Balance Point Capital Advisors, LLC (“Balance Point”), in partnership with its affiliated fund, Balance Point Capital Partners V, L.P., has announced its follow-on investment in Supreme Group, a portfolio company of Dallas-based private equity firm Trinity Hunt Partners. Supreme Group, a dynamic business and commercialization services platform specializing in the life sciences and healthcare sectors, has recently acquired Health+Commerce. This acquisition is part of Supreme Group’s aggressive expansion strategy, initiated after Trinity Hunt’s majority investment in Supreme Optimization, a premier digital agency focused on the life sciences industry. Health+Commerce represents Supreme Group’s second add-on acquisition, following its successful integration of Clarity Quest, a health IT marketing agency.
