Tata Housing launches Vertillas ultra luxury residences in Gurugram

Indian real estate company Tata Housing has launched an ultra luxury residence project under the name Vertillas at Primanti, a premium residential development located in Sector 72 in the north Indian city of Gurugram.

Vertillas, which is claimed to be themed on intelligent design by Tata Housing, is a two storey development that features five bed ultra luxury residences with a private elevator, a plunge pool and a garden.

One of the key highlights in the intelligent design of Vertillas ultra luxury residence is a naturally lit column which lets natural light and air to enter into every corner. Another feature is that the basement parking can be controlled by using remote to ensure more green spaces outside, said Tata Housing.

The real estate company says that Vertillas ultra luxury residences also have spa and sauna at the community clubhouse to provide rejuvenation for its residents.

It added that the common areas of Vertillas have automated security features and their massive size provides spaces for the residents to hold their parties.
