Ramco Systems, Etihad Airways Engineering strike deal for Aviation Suite V5.9

India-based aviation software provider Ramco Systems said that Etihad Airways Engineering has partnered with it for implementing its Aviation Suite V5.9.

The deal was announced officially at MRO Middle East 2023 event held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Etihad Airways Engineering, which is a part of ADQ, is an aircraft maintenance and engineering solutions provider.

Ramco Systems said that the full integration of the Aviation Suite V5.9 will streamline multiple processes that span Etihad Airways Engineering and provide the latter with an all-in-one source of information, with visibility in real-time.

Etihad Airways Engineering’s modules include contract and quote management, hangar maintenance, maintenance planning, component maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain management, e-publications, digital task cards, and customer billing.

Ramco Systems said that its digital tools, such as Ramco Anywhere mobile applications, dashboards along with integrated customer portals will digitize Etihad Airways Engineering’s business processes to improve process efficiency, and enable them to go paper-free.

Etihad Airways Engineering has been providing complete support for the maintenance of Airbus as well as Boeing aircraft, including the latest composite repair, cabin refurbishment, and component maintenance around all hours from its location close to the Abu Dhabi International Airport.

According to Ramco Systems, modern processes and technologies are employed in the center with a dedicated centralized plan and controlling (CPAC) facility that handles large-scale maintenance, and automated management of tools as well as live dashboards throughout the company to track the progress of each project in real-time.
