These capabilities are integrated into current HR processes to enhance productivity, improve the employee experience, streamline HR operations, and deliver rapid business value.

These AI features in Oracle Cloud HCM offer superior performance and security, creating substantial business value. The system employs built-in prompts to minimize unwanted outcomes like factual inaccuracies or bias while maximizing results. Customers have the advantage of using their proprietary data to fine-tune the AI models according to their specific business requirements, ensuring sensitive information remains secure.
