KEC International secures new orders worth Rs 1,304cr across various businesses
KEC International Ltd., a leading player in the global infrastructure EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) sector and part of the RPG Group, has recently secured new orders totaling Rs. 1,304 crores. These orders span across its diverse business verticals, marking a substantial achievement for the company.
In the Transmission & Distribution (T&D) sector, KEC International has obtained several key projects. These include orders for a 765 kV Transmission line and a 765 kV GIS Substation in India, awarded by the Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL). Additionally, the company has secured a 220 kV Transmission line order in the SAARC region and contracts for the supply of Towers, Hardware, and Poles in the Americas.
The Civil business segment of KEC International has also made strides by securing an order in the Residential building segment in India, further expanding its portfolio in the real estate sector.

In the Cables division, KEC International has achieved success in orders for the supply of various types of cables, both in India and overseas markets.
Vimal Kejriwal, MD & CEO of KEC International Ltd., expressed his enthusiasm about these new orders. He particularly highlighted the prestigious orders from PGCIL, which have significantly bolstered the company’s T&D order book in India. Kejriwal noted the continued optimism in the India T&D business, driven by the Government of India’s focus on renewable energy projects. The repeat order in the Civil business from a reputed real estate developer and the substantial orders in the Cable business, including a major order from a prominent infrastructure major, were also points of encouragement for the company.
