ITC Infotech announces acquisition of Blazeclan Technologies to bolster cloud capabilities
ITC Infotech, a prominent global technology services and solutions provider, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% shareholding of Blazeclan Technologies Private Limited, a leading cloud consulting company. This acquisition, expected to close in 6 to 8 weeks pending customary closing conditions, emphasizes ITC Infotech’s commitment to enhancing its digital transformation services for clients globally. Blazeclan is known for its comprehensive cloud services on platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), positioning it as a key player in the cloud transformation sector.
Located in Pune, India, Blazeclan brings to the table its status as an AWS Premier Partner, Snowflake Elite Partner, and its recognition in the 2023 Gartner® Magic Quadrant for Public Cloud IT Transformation Services. The acquisition is set to significantly enhance ITC Infotech’s multi-cloud and hybrid cloud capabilities. The integration of Blazeclan’s platforms, frameworks, and certified architect pool will bolster ITC Infotech’s offerings, aligning with the company’s strategy to pursue investments that sharpen capability-led solutions.
This strategic acquisition enables ITC Infotech to expand its global footprint, particularly through Cloud Competency Centres in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and India. It aims to leverage Blazeclan’s expertise in cloud migration, digital services, cloud consulting, and data analytics to accelerate cloud adoption and digital transformation for its clients.
