This acquisition, expected to close in 6 to 8 weeks pending customary closing conditions, emphasizes ITC Infotech’s commitment to enhancing its digital transformation services for clients globally. Blazeclan is known for its comprehensive cloud services on platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), positioning it as a key player in the cloud transformation sector.
