Infosys, ng-voice to help telecom operators transform digital capabilities

Infosys has entered into a collaboration with GmbH, a -based provider of cloud-native IP multimedia subsytem (IMS) solutions, with an intention to help telecommunications operators across Europe in transforming their digital capabilities through expedited cloud deployment.

The Indian IT company said that it will offer ng-voice with systems integration solutions by using an international delivery model that allows telecom companies with digital capabilities to implement fully cloud-native and containerized network solutions throughout Europe.

Infosys said that it was selected by the German company for its deep-domain expertise, its range of services offered, and the diversity of its talent pool, which can help provide the first cloud-based IP multimedia subsytem created by ng-voice.

“Infosys’ strong leadership commitment backed by its ability to drive network efficiency and effectiveness with integration services will alleviate concerns around the ability of cloud-native solutions to fully realize productivity enhancement, performance uptakes, and user experience while serving as strong reference within the networking space.”

In the framework of the agreement, Infosys will provide a collection of cross-industry solutions as well as platforms and solutions. These are expected to help communication service companies (CSPs) and enterprises to increase growth and agility in their businesses through flexible, agile, and resource-efficient cloud-native platforms.

Based on this, Infosys and ng-voice will jointly provide managed services to support the network solution as well as foster creativity and providing an individual customer experience.
