Infosys bags two partner excellence awards at Blue Prism World 2021

Infosys has bagged a couple of “Partner Excellence Awards for Client Business Impact: Telecommunications” at the Blue Prism World 2021 held by Blue Prism, an intelligent automation provider to enterprises.

The Indian IT services provider was awarded for providing intelligent automation-based solutions and bringing in high business impact for Australian telecommunications and technology company Telstra.

Under its T22 strategy, Telstra had plans to deploy automation for unifying various legacy systems and align processes to enhance and digitize the customer experience.

In this process, the Australian firm chose Infosys as a partner.

Infosys said that it had leveraged Blue Prism for implementing its applied AI-based solutions for automating complex processes, which led to decreased cost to operate courtesy of improved cycle time, and release of subject matter expert bandwidth to facilitate more strategic customer-centric activities.

The Indian IT giant claimed that with the enhanced customer experience and employee efficiency, it could return more than 20,000-man-hours to Telstra’s business in 12-18 months along with considerable cost savings.
