Indian fashion retailer V-Mart Retail opens four new stores
V-Mart Retail Limited said that it has opened four new stores in India to take its count to 286 as of 1 August 2021.
Three of those new stores of the Indian fashion retailer are in Uttar Pradesh, while the other store is in Rajasthan.

Last month, V-Mart Retail announced its foray into South India by signing an all-cash deal worth around INR 150 crores with Arvind Lifestyle Brands to acquire all of the existing operating stores of Unlimited.
Through the deal, V-Mart Retail will add 74 fashion retail stores of Unlimited in South and West India.
Incorporated as Varin Commercials Private Limited in 2002, the clothing retailer opened its maiden store in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in 2003. About three years later, Varin Commercials changed its name to V-Mart Retail Limited.
