Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (JFL), an Indian foodservice company, has launched its ready-to-eat biryani brand –

According to the foodservice company owned by the Jubilant Bhartia group, Ekdum! Will provide a range of biryanis from across to pick from.

Jubilant FoodWorks said that the chefs at Ekdum! have brought together a selection of 20 types of biryanis curated from different parts of India using authentic ingredients that give the unique flavors and signature tastes that connect to the region.

The variants of Ekdum! Biryani brand are Hyderabadi Nizami Biryani, Lucknowi Nawabi Biryani, Kolkata Biryani, Dindigul Biryani, Egg Biryani, Butter Chicken Biryani, Tawa Chicken Biryani, and Paneer Makhni Biryani.

Apart from biryanis, customers will also be offered a variety of kebabs, breads, curries, desserts, and beverages. Jubilant FoodWorks has also come up with a variety of raitas and chutneys that will complement the food.

Ekdum!’s dishes are said to be made in open kitchens while complying with the highest standard of hygiene. The kitchens of Jubilant FoodWorks are also said to have separate, demarcated sections for vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking.

The starting price of Ekdum! biryanis are Rs.99. The biryanis and other delicacies from the Ekdum! will be served in a special Dum Seal packaging which is eco-friendly, tamper proof, and microwave friendly, while keeping the flavor and aromas fresh and safe, claimed the Indian foodservice company.

Ekdum! biryanis can be ordered through its app, mobile and desktop websites. The biryani brand has started with three restaurants in for delivery, takeaway, and dine-in. More restaurants are being planned to open in the national capital region during the coming months, said Jubilant FoodWorks.
