Hub International acquires Olson Insurance Agency and Insure All

Hub International has acquired the insurance brokerage assets of The Olson Insurance Agency and Insure All for an undisclosed price.

Max Olson and Michael Forney, the respective owners of Olson Insurance Agency and Insure All, were both previously part of Nationwide Mutual Insurance’s exclusive distribution model. Both of them had transitioned recently to independent brokers.

Both the Virginia-based agencies offer personal and commercial insurance services. These include home, auto, life, and business.

Max Olson and Michael Forney and their respective employees will be joining Hub Mid-Atlantic. The duo will report to Norman Breitenbach, who is president of Hub Mid-Atlantic.

Hub International said that the twin acquisitions continue to complement and bolster its personal insurance solutions.

Since the last year, the global insurance brokerage has added 21 agencies that were previously exclusive agents of Nationwide Mutual Insurance and had subsequently become independent.
