Hinduja Global gets CCS renewal for contact center and business services solutions

Hinduja Global Solutions Limited (HGS) said that the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework has renewed the company’s approval to provide contact center and business services solutions in the UK.

This is the third time the business process management company (BPM company) owned by the Hinduja Group has been named as a supplier on the CCS Framework under the RM6181 Contact Centres and Business Services Framework Contract.

The agreement gives British public sector organizations an approved list of suppliers that provide a variety of contact center services such as telephony, email, and web-based communications.

Last month, Hinduja Global Solutions had signed a $1.2 billion deal to sell its healthcare services business to funds affiliated with Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA).
