HCL Technologies wraps up acquisition of Quest Informatics
HCL Technologies has wrapped up the previously announced INR 15 crores acquisition of Quest Informatics, a Bengaluru-based aftermarket, Industry 4.0, and Internet of Things (IoT) company.
The acquisition, which was announced in May 2022, was executed by HCL Technologies’ wholly-owned subsidiary Sankalp Semiconductors Private Limited.
Founded more than 20 years, Quest Informatics is an after-market digital transformation company that serves the automotive and construction equipment sectors in the after-market enterprise resource planning (ERP) space.

Through Quest Informatics, HCL Technologies expects to grow its Industry 4.0 offerings into the aftermarket space.
