Global Hospitality Investment Group (GHIG), a prominent player in hospitality-centric real estate private equity, announced today its acquisition of the Doubletree Resort Scottsdale Paradise Valley. Nestled in the dynamic hospitality market of Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Arizona, the property will continue to operate under the Hilton flag.

The 23-acre property, ideally located between the bustling Kierland and Old Town Scottsdale areas, boasts 378 premium guestrooms, including 12 luxury suites offering panoramic views of the picturesque Camelback & Mummy Mountains. On-site amenities include two outdoor pools, four high-quality food and beverage options, versatile indoor and outdoor event spaces, tennis and basketball courts, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
