Blattner Tech acquires DevDigital to boost predictive transformation capabilities
Blattner Tech, a recognized leader in Predictive Transformation, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML), has announced its strategic acquisition of DevDigital, a leading digital transformation consultancy. The deal will further strengthen Blattner Tech’s technical capabilities and enhance its Predictive Transformation Platform.
DevDigital is well-known for guiding organizations through the digital transformation journey, from inception to execution. Their comprehensive approach includes brand and audience discovery, integrations, application development, and continuous evolution.

Meanwhile, Debby Sapp, CFO of DevDigital, will remain with the company, taking on the role of Senior Director of Finance for Blattner Tech.
