Duratec, Ertech JV bags $39m contract from Aus govt agency

Duratec Limited said that its joint venture (JV) with Ertech Group has bagged an AUD 53 million ($39 million) design and construction wharf project contract from an Australian government agency.

While Duratec is an Australian engineering, construction, and remediation contractor, Ertech is a civil construction business, which is also based in Australia.

Duratec said that initial works have started and the project is slated to be completed in September 2023.

The Duratec – Ertech JV (DEJV) was created in 2019.

Recently, Duratec had won AUD 32 million worth orders pertaining to the defence industry.
