C&L Sweepers Services acquired by Sweeping Corporation of America

Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA), a US-based power sweeping company, has acquired C&L Sweepers Services, C&L General Services, and C&L Disposal Services (collectively, C&L).

The financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

Established in 1971, C&L is headquartered in Jackson, New Jersey.

C&L offers sweeping services to municipal entities, commercial customers, and contractors across New Jersey and Philadelphia.

C&L is the 15th transaction for Sweeping Corporation of America this year and 33rd acquisition since 2017. Following the transactions, the Ohio-based Sweeping Corporation of America has expanded its team to more than 1,600 employees across 55 plus locations.
