Bharti Airtel has launched Airtel Black, an all-in-one solution for homes in India to cover fiber, DTH, and mobile services.
According to the Indian communications solutions provider, in today’s world, the customer’s home is now the single place for work life as well as personal life. The requirement for high speed data, the need for entertainment at home apart from the need for seamless connectivity on mobile, is now a holistic need.
By using Airtel Black, a customer can bundle a couple of or more of Airtel services – Fiber, DTH, and mobile together to become Airtel Black. The program entitles the customer for one single bill, one customer care number, and priority resolution of faults and problems.
Airtel said that it is offering zero-switching and installation costs along with free service visits for life for the Airtel Black program.
Airtel Black frees customers from managing multiple bill payment dates, navigating customer care IVRs, or talking with various service providers.
The program also helps customers get uninterrupted viewing of TV as DTH will be offered as a billed service with the user needing to pay their one bill monthly.
