Wipro, VMware partner to accelerate innovation and digital transformation

Wipro has expanded its collaboration with US-based multi-cloud services provider VMware to help mutual customers to expedite innovation and digital transformation as well as maximize value from their VMware Cloud investments.

Under the extended partnership, Wipro will establish a new VMware-focused business unit. This will complement the Indian IT firm’s strategy of driving growth through strategic collaborations and strengthening the Wipro-VMware partnership.

VMware Business Unit will streamline VMware implementations and speed up applications deployment for a faster and better return on investment (ROI) leveraging the in-depth expertise of Wipro FullStride Cloud Services across industries along with VMware Cross-Cloud services.

The deployment of solutions will focus on sustainability and reduced carbon footprint.

Wipro in collaboration with VMware is expected to provide a full portfolio of digital transformation services to the banking and financial, consumer and retail, and healthcare industries around the world, including the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

The delivery will be performed through Wipro FullStride Cloud Studios in US, India, and Europe according to Wipro.
