O’Dell will continue to operate under its name as O’Dell Engineering, a Westwood company, serving clients from their current locations. Lawson & Weitzen, LLP and Morrissey Goodale served as legal counsel to Westwood and O’Dell, respectively, with Morningstar Law Group also advising O’Dell.

This acquisition represents a strategic move by Westwood to not only penetrate the California market but also to diversify its service offerings and client base. The partnership signifies a mutual commitment to growth, innovation, and enhancing value for clients and employees alike.
