Toney Healthcare, a leading provider of clinical consultancy services, announced its acquisition of Rebellis Group, a renowned consulting firm specializing in Medicare Advantage plans. Founded in 2020 by industry thought leaders, Rebellis Group has quickly established itself as a leader in the Medicare Advantage management consulting realm. Its areas of expertise include strategy, Stars, change management, regulatory compliance, system and process optimization, and Part D. This acquisition by Toney Healthcare is set to create a comprehensive service offering by integrating Rebellis’ expert model consulting services with Toney Healthcare’s clinical operations expertise.

Following the acquisition, Betsy Seals was appointed President of Toney Healthcare and took a seat on the board of the combined organization, alongside Dr. Toney. Seals retains her role as CEO of Rebellis Group, which will continue to operate under its current brand and management structure, ensuring ongoing commitment to providing top-tier consulting services.
Toney Healthcare, a portfolio company of Centre Partners and Health Enterprise Partners, received financial advisory services from TripleTree, LLC for the transaction. Rebellis was advised by Bentley Associates, acting as the exclusive financial advisor.
